Islamic texts (Quran verses, Hadith) quoted in our Doa Library are in the public domain. Translations are provided for educational purposes.
The Service uses third party APIs and services including Aladhan API, Google Places API, Google Analytics and OpenStreetMap. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ObiPrime Ventures does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

This includes any reliance on prayer times, Qibla direction, Zakat calculations or any other information provided by the Service.
MuslimPrayer.app is a utility tool and is NOT a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship. For matters of religious rulings (fatwa), Zakat assessment, or any Islamic legal matters, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar or your local religious authority.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
