By accessing and using MuslimPrayer.app ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MuslimPrayer.app provides free Islamic utility tools including but not limited to prayer times, Qibla finder, Zakat calculator, Doa library, Tasbih counter, Hijri date converter and Islamic calendar. The Service is provided by ObiPrime Ventures.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
Reproduce or redistribute the Service or its content without permission
Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive or inappropriate content

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, MuslimPrayer.app makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of:

Prayer times: Times are calculated estimates and may vary slightly from locally announced times. Always verify with your local mosque or Islamic authority.
Qibla direction: Provided as a general guide. For important prayers, verify with a physical compass or local mosque.
Zakat calculation: Calculated amounts are estimates based on current gold prices. Consult with a qualified Islamic scholar or your local zakat authority for official assessments.
Islamic dates: Hijri dates and Islamic event dates are calculated estimates. Actual dates may vary by 1 day subject to moon sighting. Always confirm with your local Islamic authority.
Doa and Islamic content: We source content from authentic references but users are encouraged to verify with qualified Islamic scholars.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by ObiPrime Ventures and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Islamic texts (Quran verses, Hadith) quoted in our Doa Library are in the public domain. Translations are provided for educational purposes.

6. Third Party Services

The Service uses third party APIs and services including Aladhan API, Google Places API, Google Analytics and OpenStreetMap. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ObiPrime Ventures does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ObiPrime Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes any reliance on prayer times, Qibla direction, Zakat calculations or any other information provided by the Service.

9. Religious Guidance

MuslimPrayer.app is a utility tool and is NOT a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship. For matters of religious rulings (fatwa), Zakat assessment, or any Islamic legal matters, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar or your local religious authority.

10. Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
